This wireless coin cell battery operated Temperature and Humidity sensor is one of the finest & highest-accuracy devices you can get. It has a Sensiron sensor with an excellent ±2% relative humidity and ±0.3°C accuracy for most uses (see below graphs). Sensiron, based in Switzerland, produce some of the worlds most trusted environment sensors commonly found in medical, industrial and automotive sectors, analytical instruments, consumer goods and HVAC products.
The radio transmitter is our high-performance RF transceiver that transmits the temperature and humidity to a receiver (IoT Gateway or Flex RF Module) over 128bit AES encryption.
The sensor and transceiver are capable of working over a wide operating voltage (2-3.6V) making it suitable for battery power. Based on our calculations the sensor should last 6 months on a single CR2032 coin cellbattery with 5 minute transmission intervals (being confirmed through testing).
